Pop-up-Sweetcorn is a buoyant rubber imitation grain of corn. It is soft enough to be used on the hook if desired, but is best when used on a hair rig along with real grains of corn, of a corresponding colour. Individual grains vary slightly in buoyancy, to allow a bait to be either critically balanced or popped up, depending upon the size and quantity of grains used. As a guide, 1 grain will just pop up 2 real grains of corn on a size 10 specimen type hook.

It is available in yellow, orange, red and black, 10 grains per pack R.R.P. £1.75.

Tests have proven that blue/green light is most visible to fish in low light conditions. Our Niteglow grubs contains high grade luminous additive giving a glow time of up to 8 hours when fully charged. Charge the grub for approximately 1-2 minutes, slowly rotating it in the beam to ensure all areas are fully charged. Charge times will vary depending on the type of torch being used. We recommend that you use our U. V. torch sold separately, for charging within 15 seconds.

A very buoyant artificial pop up sweetcorn in fluoro vibrant colours, which is soft enough to use straight on the hook or on a hair rig. Used in conjunction with real sweetcorn for a semi-buoyant presentation or on it's own for pop up presentation. Can be soaked in flavour for added attraction. Available in colours Fluoro Red, Fluoro Yellow, Fluoro Pink or Fluoro Orange.

Rubber Grubs are a soft, buoyant rubber imitation maggot, that can be used to produce a critically balanced or popped up bait. They are best used in conjunction with real maggots when a slow sinking or balanced hook bait is required. e.g when fishing over the bottom weed or when fish are taking on the drop. They are also useful when small fish are a nuisance, and are constantly tearing real maggots off the hook.

They come in a pack of 20, 15 large and 5 small Grubs. The two sizes allow for greater flexibility when balancing various makes of hook.

Made from our buoyant rubber compound, they are soft enough to use directly on a hook, or a hair rig. They can be used singularly, in combination with other baits, or in multiples on a hair rig.

Their buoyancy helps to counterbalance the weight of the hook, and they are resistant to the attentions of smaller nuisance fish.

A buoyant imitation split grain of hemp that can be used directly on a hook or hair rig. contains a soft white rubber kernel that makes hooking easy and ensures the hook stays firmly in place.

Use a single grain on a small hook e.g. size 18, or multiple grains can be threaded onto a hair by passing a baiting needle through the soft kernel. The buoyancy of the grains will partly counterbalance the weight of the hook. As a guide: 10 grains will counterbalance a size 10 specimen type hook.

Popup maize is best fished on a hair rig over a bed of real maize or corn.

It can be used popped up on it's own or in conjunction with real maize, to produce a critically balanced hook bait. As a guide: 1 grain will pop up a size 8 Carp hook.

As a guide, 1 Pop-up Peanut will pop up 1 or 2 real peanuts of a similar size, approximately 20mm, with a size 4/6 hook. Peanuts can be re-used.

Our imitation Dog Biscuits have been developed to overcome some of the problems associated with other similar products currently available. The inclusion of a counterweight (PAT Pending) into one side ensures that the hook always remains on top, out of view of any wary fish. It also ensures that the imitation biscuits sits low in the water, just like real biscuit that has become waterlogged.

Lightly nick the hook through the side of the mixer opposite the counterweight and position it in the back of the hook ensuring the point remains fully exposed.

Note: the counterweight can be removed by squeezing the biscuit and replaced with the plug provided, should a hair rig presentation be required.

Abuoyant artificial Bloodworm that can be used singularly or in multiples on a hair rig.

The Bait Anchor is available in two different designs, a standard version to fish a bait directly off the back of the hook (great for floaters), and a hair rig version. The hair version comes in two lengths to suit 14mm and 18mm boilies, both have a 10mm long hair that is relatively stiff to make bait rejection difficult, but can be also be stretched slightly to produce a more supple hair if required.

The Paste Mate was designed to alleviate the two most common problems associated with paste fishing, ie missing bites due to the hook point being covered, and the paste coming off during the cast. It is basically a small rubber ball that has a stem attached to it, though which the hook point is passed.

The Protect-A-Bead is a special bead that has a sleeve attached to it, that slides down over the hook length swivel. This protects the knot and swivel from damage due to gravel abrasion and buffeting by the lead. They are available in two sizes, small to suit swivel sizes 10-14 and standard to suit swivel sizes 5-10.

The Snagsafe lead clip is a lead/feeder clip for use with a running leger set-up. It features a large bore hole to allow the line to run freely, offering minimum resistance to a taking fish. The main design feature is the actual clip itself, which can spring open under pressure to release the lead/feeder, should it become snagged. A length of silicon tube, supplied on the clip is used to hold the lead in place and helps to minimise tangles.
