Kwick Change Weights provide counter balancing for popped up deadbaits as well as shotting balanced float rigs or adding a small amount of weight to free lined mackerel baits.Supplied in a neat, spill proof dispenser with 50cm of rubber tube, the weights are attached simply by stretching a piece of the rubber tube and placing into the slot. Once located the weight can be moved by moistening the line and gently sliding it to the required position. To remove the weight simply insert a lip close baiting needle into the tube and pull free. For exceptionally buoyant baits two or more weights can be used in a line to provide the required loading
Normal back leads are ok in the right situation but sometimes you do not want one left on the line while you play a fish, and what if the margins are thick weed? The captives can even be fished off the bottom to avoid weed and detach instantly when you receive a bite.
The slider is designed to optimise air resistance, forcing it back up the line
A new design which features an ergonomic moulded clip that allows fast and easy single handed attachment. The clip is moulded from afriction free material allowing it to slide easily down either braided or mono mainlines. This helps both with positioning the backlead and when playing a hooked fish. Available in 2 weights 21g and 43g.
